Central Texas was introduced to a new ramen experience by Chef JJ Narunya and her team, who spent years refining techniques and selecting high-quality ingredients before opening Rockin’ Ramen. Guided by “The Broth is The Boss,” every broth is slow-cooked for at least 18 hours for rich depth and consistency. The menu includes ramen, rice bowls, curry, appetizers, and poke bowls. Rockin' Ramen is the newest spot for flavorful ramen; making our beloved Central Texas a better place to live. Rockin' Ramen was established by chef Narunya, who prides herself in being apart of the food industry for quite some time now. Narunya's purpose is to bring different types of cuisine that she enjoys to the area, and ramen is one of her absolute favorites. After learning and practicing for years, the dream of Rockin' Ramen came to life on January 14, 2022.
